One-month intensive course, or three-month training

Daily Schedule at Siddhartha Centre:

• 6:00am - Wake up and gather for meditation in hall
• 6:15 - Meditation
• 7:00 - Warming exercise and pranayama
• 8:00 - Hatha yoga exercise / Ashtanga yoga Practice
• 10:00 - Breakfast (Ayurvedic light breakfast)
• 11:00 - Theoretical lecture: Ayurvedic diet/ Philosophy of Yogic life
• 12:00 - Lunch break (Ayurvedic healing food)
• 2:00 - Rest and relaxation
• 4:00 - Intensive Yoga practice (adjustment of postures, healing workshop, deeper work)
• 6:00 - Meditation and Open Talk
• 7:30 - Dinner

200-hour SYTTC including group practice teaching.

Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
Also taking applications for Advanced Teacher Training Course.
