yoga center is situated in a peaceful village in high mountains

The purpose of centre is to spread the knowledge of yoga
to the mankind improving beings from all over the world
so that afterwards they can spread this Himalayan yogic
light in each corner of the world. The centre is 20 mins
from the H. H. The Dalai lama residence temple.

and a enjoy the beauty of the Himalayas and experience the
lively art of yogic practice from the Himalayan masters.

course is based on Patanjali Ashtanga yoga (Himalayan traditional
yoga style) and Hatha yoga.

Programme Activities
Every Morning : at 6 am, gathering for
a meditation in the hall.
Meditation : 6:15 am to 7 am
Warming exercise : 7 am to 8:30 am
Yoga class : 8 am to 10 am
Yoga Nidra relaxation : 10 am to 11 am
Theoretical lecture : 11 to 12 pm (bring
your copy and pen )
Lecture for ayurvedic diet/ philosophy/yoga
Lunch break : 12 to 2 pm
Rest : 2 pm to 4 pm
Intensive yoga practice : 4 pm to 6 pm
Relaxation : 6 to 6:30 pm
Little break for tea
Evening meditation : 6 to7 pm
