Yoga is a pure scientific technique developed by Patanjali "Rishi" about ( 200 BC ). He is the Father of yoga. In India special yoga postures used by ancient masters to keep in good health and longevity.

This yoga technique helps to balance body and mind, stimulate blood circulation, brings strength, brings more energy and develops balance & concentration. Dynamic yoga help to loose weight. The breathing exercises, prana (vital energy) used in a right way help digestion, increase lung capacity, rejuvenate limbs, improves steadiness of mind. There are several methods used to concentrate and develop self being.

The yoga Nidra ( Relaxation) technique gives you immense joy, relieves tension, stress and depression. Meditation method focuses energy on one point and develops concentration, inner peace, pure consciousness.
